When 15 incredibly gifted designers have the opportunity to reimagine the interior story of a wood-framed historic home, only magic can happen. This year’s return of the Designer Showhouse takes place in an 1830’s architectural gem of Brooklyn Heights where each designer has incorporated their unique vision to the rooms inside.

The Showhouse Comes Alive with Walker Zanger

Walker Zanger is proud to support Designers Jesse Parris-Lamb, Kim Tomasino, Mikel Welch, and Barasanti Desmone in demonstrating just how fitting modern insight can be when incorporated into this classic home.

Amanda Jesse and Whitney Parris-Lamb created a warm and practical kitchen perfectly paired with the terra-cotta tones of Ceramica Alhambra™ Spanish Cotto.

The children’s powder room received a colorfully creative transformation as Kim Tomasino complimented fun wall treatments with Pietra Bello, Bianco Bello and 6th Ave, White Gloss.

Mikel Welch, TLC’s very own design expert, featured Knit, Felt Courduroy Chevron and Secolo, Calacata Borgia into the home’s cozy recreation room.

Daniel Barsanti and Christopher Desmone included our Pietra Bello, Bianco Bello to their modern spin on the master suite bath.

The Showhouse will be open to the public from Friday, September 27, 2019 through to Sunday, November 3, 2019. Proceeds will support the work of Brooklyn Heights Association, a neighborhood group who designated Brooklyn Heights the first Historic District in the city in 1965 and continuously provide leadership in balancing urban preservation with 21st century ideals.
