Walker Zanger is looking for two Customer Service associates for our North Hills facility in the SFV. The ideal candidate would enjoy providing our clients with excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Assist sales reps with client orders
  • Assist clients via phone
  • Place orders and provide price quotes to clients
  • Advise clients on material stock status, special order requirements and payment policies
  • Mail samples to clients
  • Arrange shipping of orders to clients and follow up through the invoicing process
  • Check inventory availability for orders
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have excellent client service/people skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma
