- Manage slab sales for assigned territory
- Outside sales working with existing client base as well as prospecting for new clients
- Outside sales visiting fabricators, kitchen & bath businesses and contractors
- Provide samples to clients and follow up communication
- Assist with product knowledge and recommend products based on client’s individual needs
- Process quotes and sales orders, communicate with clients on lead times, order quantities, delivery requirements and payments
- Represent Walker Zanger at outside slab function
- Outside slab sales experience required
- Knowledge of cut to size projects a plus
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skill
- Must be sales driven and design oriented
- Strong sense of excellent client service and attention to detail
- Knowledge of natural stone and tile industry preferred
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Design degree and a plus
