Tucked into the tree-lined streets of Buckhead’s Blackland Road, the 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse brings English countryside charm to the heart of Atlanta, with a twist. Designed by a standout roster of creatives, built by Cole Construction, and filled with finishes sourced by Source Atlanta, this 10,000-square-foot stunner puts a modern spin on Cotswold tradition.

The result? A showhouse that’s equal parts refined and unexpected. Join us for a room-by-room tour, captured through the lens of photographer Lauren Chambers.

Designer Evan Millard sets the tone at the front door, blending traditional formality with a fresh, modern edge. What makes this foyer truly unique is the unexpected use of sleek black marble as a border around the wood flooring, a framing detail that defines the room without overwhelming it. Paired with dramatic wainscoting, the standout installation of our Palissandro Oniciato Marble, the space feels warm, structured, and unmistakably Evan. It’s a bold, intentional entrance that rethinks the role of natural stone from the ground up.
Designer Mary Coley Stevens worked with Kingdom Woodworks to channel a balance between classic warmth and modern polish in the heart of the home. Bold brass fixtures and sleek Sub-Zero Appliances set a strong foundation, while bookmatched slabs of our Calacatta Gold L Rose Viola Marble create a striking focal point. With its sweeping veining and honed finish, the stone brings just the right amount of drama to this everyday gathering spot.

Mary Coley Stevens carried the vision to the scullery, tucked in behind the main kitchen. Inspired by traditional British back-of-house design, the space again features our Calacatta Gold L Rose Viola Marble.

Upstairs, designer Janie Wilburn strips the bath down to its essentials: clean lines, classic fixtures, and stone that does the talking. A slab of Mount Olympus Dolomite makes a statement; its cool polish and sharp veining lend just enough edge to keep things interesting. Nothing overdone, everything considered.

Designers Cydney Mitchell and Brittnay Stafford bring bold energy to the lower-level powder/wellness room, proving that small spaces can still pack a punch. With our Perpetua Paonazzo Polished Porcelain bookmatched to dramatic effect, this room turns a quick stop into a full-on design moment.

The laundry room got a moody makeover by designer Ashley Miller with our Perpetua Black Soapstone in a hammered finish. Dark, tactile, and quietly bold, the slab adds depth and dimension to a space often overlooked.

In the lower-level bar & lounge, our Perpetua Calacatta Borghini Polished Thru Vein Porcelain sets the scene for cocktails and conversation. Designed by The Iron Gate, the scene is set to kick back, relax, and enjoy good conversation.
