Walker Zanger’s Costa Mesa showroom recently played host to a vibrant afternoon of design connection and celebration, in partnership with LUXE Interiors + Design magazine. This intimate luncheon brought together a curated group of designers and architects from the Southern California design community for an inspiring afternoon of networking, conversation, and creativity.

Hosted by Kali Smith, Associate Publisher for LUXE Interiors + Design in Southern California, the event spotlighted a shared passion for design that drives both brands. From bold material storytelling to meaningful partnerships, the day reflected the synergy between the magazine and Walker Zanger, and what’s to come.

Guests enjoyed lunch provided by Jay’s Catering and explored the Costa Mesa showroom’s latest offerings, including a close-up look at Accent Bleu – Walker Zanger’s award-winning tile collection that recently took home the 2025 Luxe RED Award for tile design. Its deep, saturated tones and artisanal finish sparked plenty of conversation among attendees (and more than a few photos).

The showroom spotlighted an impressive lineup of slabs, and attendees took particular interest in our Cielo Quartzite, Oregon VC Honed, and Infinity Leather Quartzite (listed in order they appear below).

To cap off the event, a colorful candy bar added a playful touch, complete with take-home treat bags for guests to enjoy after the event.

This was more than just an afternoon of networking; it was a celebration of the people, products, and partnerships that shape exceptional design.
